The cheapest way to get Tier 4 and Tier 5 weapons are from opening Gacha boxes. These boxes may contain Tier 1 to Tier 3 weapons and if lucky you could win one of the Jackpot weapons. 

There are 3 boxes - Bounty, Complete and the Premium box. Both Bounty and Complete box contain the same weapons but the duration of each weapon may vary. The premium box is completely filled with Tier 4 and Tier 5 weapons. See if you are brave enough to try your luck on the Premium box.
